From the Westvlaamse Steencentrale to an established company
Our story began in 1948 as the Westvlaamse Steencentrale in Wevelgem. Driven by a strong passion for building materials, we supplied high-quality facing bricks to local contractors. Thanks to our expertise, reliability and service, the family business grew steadily.
Expansion and renewal over the years
Throughout the years, we expanded our range from facing bricks to floor tiles, natural stone, brick slips and roof tiles. We collaborated with exclusive partners from Western Europe and refined our expertise in facing bricks and customised brick cutting solutions.
This growth was only possible thanks to a continuous focus on quality, innovation and expert advice.
A new home in Lendelede
In order to serve our customers even better, Westvlaamse Steencentrale, now known as WVS BRICKS, moved to a brand new, future-oriented location in Lendelede in 2024.
The new site is equipped with innovative sawing machines and a modern workshop for customised brick slips and façade finishing.
